Price is based on per person. Max capacity on our largest boat can accommodate up to 30 passengers. We serve on a first come first serve basis. During peak season (Nov-Feb) our boats fill to capacity. Please book in advance to reserve your seats. We have 4 different boats to choose from and type of boat we use is based on the number of passengers going on the day of the trip.

All activities including those in which you (“I” and “you”,“the customer”) have booked to engage (“the activities”) do carry a degree of risk and by participating in the activities provided by the Operator (KohPhiPhiadventure/LTC Group) and you are expressly assuming those risks personally and to the maximum extent permitted by law you release the Operator (KohPhiPhiadventure/LTC Group) and its officers and employees from any liability, claims, losses, damages or expenses caused by any event including but not limited to:

Personal injury or death;
Property loss or damage;
Property loss or damage;
Any other loss, damage, suffering, emotional or nervous disorder.

In participating in the activity, I, the customer, agree to the conditions set out above and consent to the Terms and Conditions set out below.

Terms and conditions:

(a) I agree that my successors, executors, administrators and next-of-kin are bound by the Terms and Conditions;
(b) I agree not to commence any litigation or proceedings in any country in relation to the risks and perils I put myself at and to indemnify the Operator against any such claim;
(c) I confirm that I am physically fit and suffer from no medical conditions which may be aggravated by the activity;
(d) I consent to receive medical treatment in the case of injury, or illness during the activity and to indemnify the Operator against any claims in respect of that treatment;
(e) I agree that any films, sound, video or other records taken of or during the activity will not be used in any promotion or advertising without the prior consent of the Operator, however the Operator may use such recordings itself at its complete discretion without any prior approval from the customer;
(f) I agree to listen to my guide, host, skipper or boat staff, follow their instructions and make sure any children in my care do the same.
The Operator accepts no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellations of the services and activities of the Operator.
The Operator recommends that all customers have up-to-date travel insurance arrangements in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Payment: Paying by credit card, the name that will appear on the cardholder’s statement will be “KohPhiPhiadventure and/or LTC Group”. All prices on this website are quoted in US dollars and include taxes and fees.
Bookings: Advance bookings are recommended for all our boat services, to confirm your reservation full payment must be received.
Weather can be a challenge and the Operator reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any tour should weather or any other situation occur which at the sole discretion of the Operator demands alteration, amendment or cancellation. The Operator is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay and irregularity which may be occasioned, either by reason of weather, or any defect in any vehicle, vessel or aircraft or through the acts or defaults of any company or persons engaged in conveying passengers or in carrying out organization or implementation of tours.
We reserve the right to change to a more-suitable tour with similar activities weather permitting, due to climate, water levels, storms and wind conditions, etc. Kohphiphiadventure /LTC Group also reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unsafe conditions. Our Head Guide makes the final decision. Full refund is given if (on rare occasion) no tour is run. Most tours require 4 pax minimum.We have 4 different boats to choose from and type of boat we use is based on the number of passengers going on the day of the trip.
Participation in activities, which include, swimming, fishing, snorkeling, diving, boat jumping and any other adventure thrill seeking activities, be aware that it involves some inherent risk & physical exertion. You must be in good physical condition without any recent surgery, heart condition, stroke, pregnancy, injury or disability. If you take medication such as allergy pills and need them with you or have other medical concerns, please inform your guide.
The natural environment of Thailand on land and underwater is filled with beautiful wildlife which can be unpredictable. Please follow all instructions advising you on how to interact, avoid and handle possible encounters in this unique area. In addition, unforeseen natural weather conditions, such as high winds and high waves can cause compromising conditions for the tour. Such conditions are out of our control and we are not responsible for encounter with any of the above.
It is recommended that you wear your life vests at ALL times regardless of being in the water or on boat. We recommend that you stay hydrated as much as possible and wear lots of sunscreen. Please listen and follow all instructions set by the tour guide.
Kohphiphiadventure/LTC Group is not responsible for lost, broken or stolen items.
Prices of tours are subject to change without notice pending on high demand and low demand seasons. Booking price is firm and refunds cannot be given for differences due to price fluctuations.
All participants in the tour must physically sign a waiver of liability form upon entering boat.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund is given on all trips canceled due to weather conditions preventing the tour to take off. 50% refund is given if cancelled 14 days in advance. 25% refund is given if cancelled 7 days in advance. No refund is given for cancellations within 7 days before the tour date.
Please arrive 30 minutes in advance of pick-up time at the designated location. Once the boat takes off from rendezvous points of pick up we cannot come back to pick you up. This allows the tours to be on schedule. WE CANNOT give refunds for no shows and late shows to rendezvous pick-up location.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The Operator reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notifying users of this site.

Liability Waiver Agreement:

I understand adventure tours have inherent risk and my participation in a tour offered by Kohphiphiadventure/LTC Group and their affiliates is completely and absolutely of my own decision.
I am informed of potential hazards in adventure tours including but not limited to accidents that can occur on or off the boat.
I am responsible for taking precautions and outfitting myself with proper gear, hydration, clothing and knowledge to use them effectively.
I agree not to enter and participate in activities unless I am medically, physically and mentally able to do so.
I also grant permission to Kohphiphiadventure/LTC Group to use or authorize others to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or other record of my participation in this or related activities for legitimate purposes without remuneration.
I assume all risk of injury or losses for activities preliminary & subsequent to my participation in a Kohphiphiadventure/LTC Group tours.
